Chow Pow Return Policy

 If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a FREE pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Return your order to us within 30 days of when the order was shipped, and we’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method. 

Customers from outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for return.

Returns only accepted for products purchased from www.chowpowgame.com. We do not accept returns from any other 3rd party distributors. 

After 30 days you are still eligible for return with full refund up to 90 days, although you will be responsible for shipping costs past the initial 30 days. We do not except returns after 90 days of purchase.
